The Sustainability Report of PT BNI Modal Ventura (“BNI Ventures”) for the 2024 financial year is prepared in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies.

The scope of reporting is BNI Ventures’ operational activities for the period 01 January - 31 December 2024. This report is a manifestation of BNI Ventures’ commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Every year, BNI Ventures will publish a Sustainability Report periodically.
